Medals for Flood and Famine Relief in China,a mixed lot of 12 medals, including the Merit Medal of China International Famine Relief Commission, 1st Class Award of Peking and Tientsin Flood Relief Medal, 1st Class Award of Jehol Flood Relief Medal,( two types), 1st Class Award of Shantung Flood Relief Medal, 2nd and 3rd Class Medals awarded by the International Charity Association for Harbin flood relief, Memorial Medal of Kwangtung Flood Relief Charity Society,( two Types), Memorial Medal of Relief Auction of Western City Convenient Hospital, ( two types) and Charity Medal of Peking Bi Yun Temple,awarded from late Qing to early Republican era, (1908-1928),
silver, gilt silver, bronze-gilt and enamel, some with original boxes,well reserved, generally very fine or about uncirculated, very rare.(12)
