3ca. vermilion [4] and [15] used together on piece, neatly cancelled by Newchwang c.d.s. "dec 5" without yeardate. [4] clearly shows the extra semicircle in the left inner frameline. The perforations indicate that these were originally a vertical pair [4/15] which would be from a new setting, possibly setting XV. A delightful and important item. Photo
