1917 (19 May) picture post card to New York bearing Hong Kong "CHINA" 4c. which is uncancelled, small "T" in circle alongside with Hong Kong despatch c.d.s. and bearing New York 4c. Postage Due twin circle handstamp and pair of U.S.A. 2c. Postage Due adhesives (one defective, not tied and possibly later addition). A good card showing that the "CHINA" stamps were only valid in the Treaty Ports and not in Hong Kong. Photo
