1922 (5 Apr.) "Via Suez By first mail" envelope registered to Germany bearing "CHINA" 10c. and 20c., tied by Shanghai registered oval d.s., a faint strike of the very scarce "Shanghai B.P.O." boxed registered handstamp (Proud R10) in purple, with German censor seal at side and many backstamps with Alexandra, Frankfurt and Hamburg arrival on reverse. A good cover, the registration handstamp only recorded used between April and November 1922 (possibly the earliest example). Photo
