1922 (10 May) a registered cover from Shanghai per SS "Porthos" to Switzerland, bearing Hong Kong KGV overprinted "CHINA" two each of 1c., 4c. and 10c., tied by registered / Shanghai Br.P.O. oval, a boxed Shanghai B.P.O. registration cachet (Proud R10) with manuscript No. 4653, a large blue crayon "546" on middle of envelope, on the reverse side with Port Taufiq transit (15.6). Geneve arrived (21.6) cds alongside. Shanghai registration cachet only known in 1922, scarce.
