1897 (Nov.) a registered envelope from Hankow to Vienna, Austria, bearing a pair of QV 20c. the 5th surcharge issue with Chinese Character "2" tied by two British post in Hankow cds, Proud D6 or D7 with squat 'O" and index A, circular "R" mark besides, manuscript"123" in blue. On the reverse with Shanghai dispatch (12.11) cds, Hong Kong transit (10.11) cds, and two Austria arrived cds (11.12).
