Bust of Vittorio Emanuele III left, "Regia Zecca" (Royal Mint) inscribed under neck truncation and "VITTORIO EMANUELE III RE D'ITALIA" in legends surrounds on obverse, "CINA / 1900-1901" inside wreath of two laurel branches on reverse, diameter 32mm, suspension bar at 12 o'clock, with blue and yellow striped ribbon attached. On the ribbon is a clasp reading "CINA 1900-1901", low mintage of only 2325,
