The Philippines, specimen 2000 piso, 2001, serial number A000000 012, (Pick 189cs), uncirculated, hole punched with DLR oval stamps. A note that was never properly issued for circulation due to Estrada being ousted. Most of the prepared issued notes were destroyed with only 50,000 saved for souvenir purposes. This incident makes the specimen even more elusive. Very rare
