(Pick 177b), PMG 25, ink. Despite annotation that is usually seen on banknotes of the time, the note retains an attractive appearance with minimal stain and bright printing. Its appeal increase with the paper retaining good structure and a pair of fresh handsigned signatures. For the advanced collectors, this pair of signatures are also seldom seen on the 'brown sister' $500s.
