(x) Bank of China, obverse photographic proof for unissued design of 1 yuan, Year 1 (1912), black and white, building vignette at left,
PMG 62, previously mounted, foreign substance. One of the design proposals for the first Republic of China banknote issues with these losing out to the Huang Di issues. Similar design was later used on the 1917 issue replacing the building vignette with Li Yuan Hong. Interesting and unique


民國元年中國銀行正反單面黑白檔案照片壹圓，左側有建築物圖案，PMG 62，有黏貼痕跡，有外附物。中國銀行最後採用了黃帝系列，以發行第一套民國鈔票。類似設計後於1917年發行，將建築物圖案替換為黎元洪。此為珍貴獨特的藏品。
