Harbin: 1916, a group of fragments of parcel despatch cards with four pieces cancelled by Harbin type 3 c.d.s. serial "b", each dated 21 May and each bearing 5r.55 franking, two similarly franked pieces cancelled with type 4 code "k" and another code "m" c.d.s.; also two fragments of Money Order cards with 2r.10 franking tied by an unusual type of type 4 code "k" c.d.s., the reverse bearing mixed franking including Romanov 4k. tied by type 3 serial "b" c.d.s. for the following day.
