1913 (12 Aug.) envelope registered to Germany bearing Romanov 20k., 25k. and 50k. tied by fine strikes of the Shanghai type 6a c.d.s. with a further strike alongside and with the red on white registration label, the reverse bearing Rotha (27.8) arrival c.d.s. Fine and a scarce franking as the Romanov stamps were not available in China but were accepted when supplied by the customer. Photo
