1901 (20 Jan.) first issue 1c. stationery card to Germany bearing, on the reverse, a fine strike of the large framed "Peking/Kaiserplast" (earliest recorded use), the address side with the boxed military privilege mark of the 1st East Asiatic Infantry Regiment, with German P.O. Peking c.d.s. and Gumbinnen (8.3) and (redirected) Insterburg c.d.s., the cancellation and reverse show several of the postmarks looted by the German soldiers.
