Tieprint: 1899 (19 Feb.) envelope to Ohio sent printed paper rate, bearing pair of C.I.P. 1c. tied by a fine strike of Swatow Dollar dater, with Hong Kong 2c. carmine tied by Hong Kong c.d.s. and a good strike of type 1 I.P.O. handstamp, underpaid and showing a fine strike of "u.s.charge/to collect 8 cents" with pre-cancelled U.S. Postage Dues 1c., 2c. and 5c.; the reverse with San Francisco transit (24.3) and Cincinati arrival (28.3); the envelope has been slightly reduced at left.
