(3) with 1924-36 6c. tied by good strikes of Yenki Sin (Karachar) English/Chinese c.d.s., with Kuche (10.3) and part Ierhkoszetang (Irkestan) (24.3) exchange office c.d.s.; the address side with further despatch c.d.s. and good strikes of the boxed registered handstamp and large "AR" plus Shufu (Kashgar) transit (2.3).
