1928 (5 Mar.) bluish envelope registered to Peking "Via Siberia" bearing pair of 1916-19 10c. tied by Tihwa/Urumtsi c.d.s. and shows the manuscript registration number only, the reverse with Tahcheng (14.3) and two Peking (12.4) c.d.s. plus Provincial censor seal type 4. There is a vertical folding crease. It is interesting to see a printed train illustration to indicate the Trans-Siberian railway route for the 10c. international rate. Photo
