1931 (Oct.) red band envelope double registered to Ningsiang bearing, on the reverse, 1916-19 3c., 6c. and pair of 10c. tied by Shufu (Kashgar) c.d.s. with Chinese date and Famine Relief 1c. (2) tied by wavy line cancellation, with censor seals and handstamp; on the address side there is a further despatch c.d.s., a large part strike of boxed registration label (the envelope slightly reduced at side) with large "AR" alongside with Tihwa and Ningsiang Hun c.d.s.
