Sutsien: 1899 (16 Sept.) picture post card to Germany bearing C.I.P. 4c. tied by Ichow type I bilingual oval datestamp and showing a fine strike of Sutsien rectangle in left corner, with Hong Kong 2c. carmine (the second stamp missing) cancelled by part Shanghai c.d.s. and Chinkiang "I.P.O." tieprint, with Shanghai bilingual c.d.s. (24.9), Hong Kong (29.9) and Buer arrival (30.10) c.d.s., the picture side with Chinkiang bilingual c.d.s. (22.9); slight buckling. A very early date for the Ichow dated oval. Photo
