1937 stampless envelope to France written from the French cruiser 'Primauguet' date '27 Nov 37' with bold hand-stamp 'Mers De Chine Franchise Militaire' on face and Marseille arrival on reverse date '27 Dec 37'. The 'Primauguet' was one of the first cruisers built for the French Navy after WW1 in 1924 and served in the south China seas.
