1908 (19 Feb.) The third issue Coiling Dragon Ic. card from Wongliutu, Canton to Basel Switzerland. uprated C.I.P.1c. and 2c. tied by good strikes of Wongliutu c.d.s., with Hopo (20.2), Kityang (21.2), Swatow (21.2) c.d.s., and transit from Hong Kong (23.2) to Switzerland., arrived Basel on 23 march. on the reverse side bears a red oval hand stamp of "Merlin Basel mission." The postal route is clear. It's in fair to good condition. A rare postal card from a small town in Canton province used to send international mail.
