光緒八年吉林機器官局監造廠平半両臆造銀幣，PCGS MS63，此品杏色包漿自然悅目，精巧紋樣纖毫畢現，更是評級紀錄中之唯一冠軍分。該幣風格獨樹一幟，正面在一方框內共有12個篆字「光緒八年吉林機器官局監造」並列三行，幣邊有16片半圓形仿西漢銅鏡草葉紋飾，背面外圈同樣十六片半圓草葉繞環邊，內圈「廠平壹兩」置於中間，四周均是掛燈勾線圖案，有詩曰：「大紅燈籠高高掛，八面珠簾垂兩旁。四角插上五大山，千秋萬事享太平。」每個燈籠寓意龍首，中間一點為龍眼珠，其設計及佈局均令人回味無窮
