China, Qing Dynasty, Kiangnan Province, [PCGS VF Detail] silver dollar, Jihai year (1899), 'Guang Xu Yuan Bao', New dragon, (LM-223, K-75), Cleaned, Cert. #48389833. Steel grey toning. The transition year before the dragon completely switched to the New design. Compared to the cartoonish Old dragon, the new rendition is, at least for 1899, less often encountered.


己亥年江南省造光緒元寶庫平七錢二分，新龍，PCGS VF Detail，有清洗，龍形設計全面更新前的過渡之年。相較於卡通風格的舊版龍形，「新龍」版至少在己亥年中較為罕見
