宜昌書信館銀壹錢伍分的手繪設計票, 來自倫敦郵票印製廠De La Rue的檔案室, 以藍色墨汁繪於卡紙(90x115mm)上, 圖䅁設計仍是水獺咬著一尾魚, 卡紙左上角寫上"A"記號, 右上角寫上繪制日期為"Oct.4th.94". 保存非常完美, 令人驚嘆和不可取代之設計手樣票. 源流: 1977年3月Robson Lowe auction; 2011年2月William L. Kullman; 2014年11月Elling O Eide.
