1895 (14 Jan.) post office notice accepting letters and parcels by express courier to Ichang, thence by steamer to the Treaty Posts and vice vercâ, giving the rates and other details. The notice is stamped at top with a fine strike of "chungking l.p.o. shanghai agency" c.d.s. in purple; there are two horizontal folding creases which have caused some splitting of the paper plus two small splits at top and foot.
