1894 Captain Binns envelope to Shanghai bearing horizontal pair in bright orange-red cancelled by good strikes of the small circle “chungking/local post” cancellation in violet, alongside there is a faint strike of the Shanghai local post “paid” in circle struck in red and, on the reverse, a faint strike of Shanghai Local Post c.d.s. in blue and F.Z. Chun handstamp. Hinge remainders and light age marks on the reverse. The cover is numbered “3” in the corner. Scarce. Photo
