(Pick 175a), PMG 45EPQ. An already rare first year of issue in superb original condition with fresh colours and strong signature. PMG Census SINGLE TOP POP with second place being a mere 35 (without EPQ). One of the only two examples with EPQ (Exceptional Paper Quality), with the other being 30EPQ which was sold at Spink March 2024 for HKD114,000 (inc.premium). Best graded example known for the 1927 issue. A must have for any vintage collectors


1927年香港上海匯豐銀行伍拾圓，編號B188068，綠色，「飛輪」，背面綠色，中央是滙豐銀行大樓，手簽署名，印刷簽名Hynes，PMG 45EPQ。首發年份之原裝珍品，保存極好，色彩鮮艷，簽名清晰。PMG評級紀錄之冠軍分，亞軍分僅評35分（無EPQ）。本品為獲EPQ級別的兩枚之一，另一枚獲評30EPQ之「飛輪」於2024年3月斯賓克拍賣會以114,000港元成交。無容置疑的最高評級品，有強烈凹凸紋，勢必引起香港老紙藏家垂注
