Webb, published by The Royal Philatelic Society London, cloth-bound hardcover, numbered and limited to 500 copies. This copy is handwritten numbered "166". The text in the book is in English with a large number of black and white pictures. It also comes with a 1993 reprint of "Scarcity Guide and Supplementary Bibliography" of "The Philatelic and Postal History of HONG KONG and the Treaty Ports of China and Japan".
