Hannibal, Channel Fleet, England, sent from the Supreme Court and uprated 4c. grey (4, one defective) cancelled by Hong Kong code "B" c.d.s. with black on white registration label "230" alongside and a fine strike of the boxed "AR" with champhered corners (type AR2) and London registered oval (9.8), directed to Torbay, the reverse with Torquay registered oval (9.8); vertical crease and heavily soiled. Apparently overpaid by 2c.
