1901 (25 Mar.) Hong Kong 10c. registered envelope (size H) to Penzance, uprated with pair of 20c. on 30c. grey-green cancelled by good strikes of the dated oval in purple, showing London Registered oval in red and Penzance arrival (8.5), the reverse with Hong Kong transit (6.4); there is a heavy central vertical fold, some soiling and staining. Sent from a soldier of the Royal Garrison Artillery, China Field Force, Wei Hai Wei. Rare with only a handful of registered covers cancelled by the dated oval, this being the only recorded size H envelope
