1906 (24 Sept.) envelope registered to U.S.A. bearing K.E.VII 20c. tied by a fine strike of the Amoy code "A" c.d.s. and showing a very good strike of the scarce "h.b.m. post office/R/amoy", part of the sender's address from "Koolangsu, Amoy" (where the British Consulate was based), the reverse bearing Hong Kong (26.9), Seattle (16.10) and Toledo arrival (20.10) c.d.s. Webb RRR

It is thought that this registration handstamp was used in the British Consulate
