1867 (11 Mar.) opened-out envelope to Boston "Via Marseilles." with "russell & sturgis/manila" company oval in black, bearing 1863-71 18c. lilac strip of three (one defective) cancelled by "B62", with London Paid (29.4) and Boston Paid (13.5) c.d.s. in red, "2/1½" rate mark in mauve ink and "21/cents" accountancy handstamp in red, the reverse with Hong Kong transit (11.3)
