1863 (7 Dec.) wrapper to Rothschild in London "Via Marseilles" bearing the company oval of "russell & sturgis/manila" struck on red, with "1/4" and "1" rate marks in red crayon, Hong Kong Paid (15.12) and London Paid (27.1) c.d.s. in red, the flap (opened for display) with Hong Kong code "C" transit. A good cover and appears to be the one mentioned in Webb (a)
