(29.9) on the flap; the address side bearing a very sharp impression of "ship letter/victoria hong kong" in black, rate marks from "1/4" to "2/2" and "2/4", a good strike of boxed "Detained for Postage..." struck in red and London Paid datestamp of 1851 (25 Feb.).
