Also 1902 (24 Jan.) a reduced large OHMS envelope to the same addressee at the Hall, Thorngumbald bearing Q.V. 2c. green, 4c. carmine and 12c. blue (3) tied by Hong Kong registered c.d.s. with the black on white registered label alongside.
