1886 (11 Oct.) envelope to London marked "from E.G. Langton R.N., Pt Hamilton, China Stn." and countersigned by the commanding officer, Capt. Trotter; bears a pair of 2c. rose-carmine tied by "B62" and Hong Kong code "A" c.d.s.; the reverse with a light strike of London arrival (15.11). A rare and important cover, thought to be the only example of outbound mail from this occupation.
