1855 (c.) Layton, Hulbert & Co's Circular wrapper to Hong Kong bearing, on the reverse, G.B. 1d. Stars (3) just tied by London District "25" numerals with a fine strike of the large oval "forwarded by/armstrong & Lawrence/hongkong" in black; the wrapper was forwarded to Shanghai and bearing a light strike of the crowned circle Paid at Hong Kong (type 11) in red and manuscript "1". A very interesting cover. Note that the London "25" numeral is rarely found
