1899 (2 Feb.) envelope to Norway bearing 1897 Large Figures, Narrow Space Third Printing 2c. dull yellow-green (5) plus C.I.P. 2c. red (2) tied by Tientsin pa-kua in blue with Tientsin (Customs removed) despatch c.d.s. alongside, with Hong Kong 5c. blue (2) tied by Shanghai c.d.s. (13.2) and straight-line "by steamer" in magenta, the reverse with Shanghai Dollar dater, Hong Kong (17.2) and Christiania arrival (20.3) c.d.s. There is some weakness at the edges with the folds splitting. A dramatic cover which pays the additional 4c. winter rate
