1895 (14 Feb.) envelope registered to Hong Kong bearing a good strike of framed "chefoo customs/mail matter" in red, the large Chefoo oval registered handstamp in red, a pair of Hong Kong 5c. blue tied by Shanghai c.d.s. (20.2) with large "R" in circle; the reverse with fine strikes of Customs Chefoo, Customs Shanghai (16.2) and Hong Kong arrival c.d.s. (25.2) plus red wax seal "Office of Maritime Customs/Shanghai". Light vertical fold and small defect in upper corner. Scarce
