Bank of Taiwan, a pair of obverse and reverse inverted proofs for 5 yuan, Year 35 (1946), serial number 000000, entire design inverted,
-two red seals with inverted text 'Bank of Taiwan specimen' (issued note's red seals are titles of governor and manage in a different font,
-missing 'FIVE YUAN' wording underprint under map of Taiwan,

(Pick 1936 for type), both proofs with printing guides, PMG 35 (obverse) and 63 (reverse) respectively, both previously mounted. With 'Central Engraving and Printing Plant' printer's stamps. A very rare proof in an interesting format. Spink sold the 1 yuan proof in April 2024 for HKD102,000 (inc. premium) (2)


民國三十五年台灣銀行伍圓正反面試印樣票一對,編號000000,印刷左右對倒, -2枚紅印內文字為「中央台灣銀行樣票」,行鈔則用不同字體寫總經理和董事長頭銜, -台灣地圖下缺「伍圓」字樣底紋, PMG分別評 35和63,有黏貼痕跡, 每枚皆印有4個印刷座標,有「中央印製廠」印刷所蓋章,罕見之一對試印鈔,格式非常特別。壹圓試印樣票在Spink 2024年4月拍賣以102,000港元(含佣金)售出。
