1931年庫倫寄北京中式封1件，貼蒙古郵票5分20分各一枚，銷烏蘭巴托11月12日戳，經張家口中轉，因民國郵政此時並不承認蒙古郵資，故作欠資處理，蓋T戳，並貼北京一版欠資20分30分各一枚，銷張家口11月20日戳，有北京22日賑災宣傳機蓋到達戳，保存完好
