1949年紀1中國人民政治協商會議第一次全體會議紀念郵票無齒印樣1套，圖案特徵同再版票，無單枚序號，其中（4-3）面值為70元，（4-4）面值為100元，於正票不同，印刷精良，紙質稍帶黃斑，經下水，背面有粘貼過痕跡，原狀態應貼於檔案，以前未見文獻記錄，保存完好，附原版新票1套作參照
