1941年青島寄印尼孫像4分郵資片1件，加貼京版烈士13分加蓋大字山東2枚，50分1枚，仿版孫像1元加蓋小字山東1枚，銷青島10月22日戳，經香港及印尼等地多次檢查，蓋不同檢查章3枚，有馬尼拉11月12日到達戳，保存完好
