1900 Second Issue Coiling Dragon
1906 (3 Jan ) 1c. unused, on the reverse with CIP 1c. cancelled by Peking c.d.s., and with hand-painted Lingchi execution to Kang Xiao Ba pictures (No.1) on the back, beautifully painted and well-preserved. "Kang Xiao Ba" was a famous bandit in the Qing Dynasty, and his crimes caused a sensation in the capital. He was executed on May 10, 1905. He was the last criminal in China to be publicly sentenced to Lingchi execution. Well preserved.


1899年清二次郵資雙片之去片1件，加貼倫敦版蟠龍1分1枚，銷北京06年1月3日小圓戳，背手繪淩遲康小巴圖之一，繪製精美，保存完好。“康小巴”為清代著名盜匪，其犯案曾轟動京城。1905年5月10日被處刑，是中國最後一個公開處以淩遲刑法之罪犯
