Imperial Railway of North China envelope to Manchester bearing clean cut perf. 3ca. mauve (3) tied by Tientsin seal in blue with "Customs/Tientsin" in blue, Customs Shanghai (1.12), the address side with France 25c. tied by "SHANG-HAI/CHINE" (1.12) c.d.s. with a second strike alongside, via Paris (6.1) and Manchester (7.1) arrival c.d.s., clean and fine.


1893年天津大清北方帝國鐵路寄曼徹斯特公函封1件，貼小龍3分橫三連，法國票25分1枚，小龍銷藍色天津中文戳，另銷藍色天津11月27日天津海關日戳，經上海，巴黎中轉，有上海11月1日海關日戳，巴黎94年1月6日中轉戳，及曼徹斯特7日到達戳，其中巴黎及曼徹斯特戳騎縫銷票，郵戳清晰，保存完好，為目前所見最早有關中國鐵路題材小龍封，少見
