Hupeh Government Mint, China, 1 yuan = 7 mace 2 candareens, 25th Year of GuangXu (1899), serial number 835, (Pick S2135), PMG 25 very fine. A spectacularly beautiful Qing dynasty note. With the two dragons at centre holding 2 silver dollar, absolutely iconic piece. Still retaining fresh colour despite being issued over 120 years ago. Completely original and free of repair that is usually seen on this type. Just amazing!
