7c. on 10c. green variety surcharge double, very wide double with the second impressions over the corners (type Bv), which has been partially removed, part original gum. A good example of this rare variety, only four examples recorded. R.P.S. Certificate (1941) for two stamps in an apparent pair.

The certificate shows a 'pair' of stamps, these are illustrated in Webb, the left stamp is now housed in the Royal collection. A further example of partly erased second impression is a used example with the second impression 8mm to the right
