2c. rose-lake, perforate 12 printed on thick, rough paper, cancelled by a neat strike of "B62"; centred a little to the left and shows some age wear. A highly important stamp, one of the great rarities of British Empire philately. It is believed that there are six unused examples plus two used. R.P.S. Certificate (1944) which states " ... the Committee cannot fault this stamp ...". S.G. 32ab, £75,000
