1879 (Feb.) two envelopes from the Spanish Consulate to Madrid, Spain with (8 Feb.) bearing vertical strip of three 12c. and (15 Feb.) bearing horizontal pair of 12c. tied by "B62" with the despatch c.d.s. alongside, send by French packet, both with Brindisi transit, the reverse with Bordeaux and Madrid arrival. A good pair of covers paying double and triple the first U.P.U. rate. (2 covers)
