Type D5: 8c. pale orange-yellow, 30c. pale orange-vermilion and 48c. rose-carmine with handstamp in black; 8c. is superb, part original gum, 30c. (some gum) and 48c. (no gum) with some clipped or trimmed perfs. Scarce. (3)

Specimen type D5 was found in the De la Rue specimen booklet of 1866 and in a few private collections. Very scarce to rare.
