Note: The so-called 'imprimatur' stamps have long been of interest to collectors. It is thought that they may have been liberated from the printers. These are probably from printings around 1870. They exist in differing quantities. There is a set in the Royal collection, some are additionally overprinted Specimen or Cancelled
